The development of a tailor-made solution begins with the production of specifications. qmt can accompany the client in this phase of the project in order to share its long experience in the realization of tailor-made solutions. Based on the specifications, qmt makes a detailed technical proposal including its commitments as well as the constraints and limits:
- qmt is the project manager and is committed to the results
- Validations (FAT and SAT) are part of the project to ensure that the realization meets the defined requirements
