QMTSound for acoustic and vibration diagnostics
QMTSound is a component of QMTMesure which allows the realization of quality control solutions by acoustic and vibration analysis. QMTSound includes processing algorithms using time, time-frequency, time-scale and statistical analyzes to establish acoustic and vibration signatures. These signatures make it possible to discriminate between compliant and non-compliant parts in a quality control process.
QMTSound is a component of QMTMesure which can be supplemented with QMT Vision Inspector for optical control and QMTSubFace for appearance control. QMTSixSigma functions and services are optionally available for intelligent control of machining machines to increase production yields and part quality.
QMTSound is compatible with National Instruments CompactRIO, CompactDAQ and PXI hardware platforms. The innovative technologies of these data acquisition platforms offer better precision and optimized performance.
