QMTSound is a component of QMTMesure that allows the realization of quality control solutions by acoustic and vibration analysis. QMTSound includes time-frequency, time-frequency, time-scale and statistical analysis algorithms to establish acoustic and vibration signatures. These signatures make it possible to discriminate compliant parts from non-compliant ones in a quality control process

A component of QMTMeasure software

QMTSound is a component of QMTMeasure which can be supplemented with QMT Vision Inspector for optical control and QMTSubFace for aspect control. QMTSixSigma features and services are available as an option for the intelligent control of machining machines to increase production yields and the quality of parts.

Hardware compatibility

QMTSound is compatible with National Instruments CompactRIO, CompactDAQ and PXI hardware platforms. The innovative technologies of these data acquisition platforms offer improved accuracy and optimized performance.
