Very high precision versatile optical measuring equipment

Based on the success of these predecessors, this 4th generation benefits from the latest innovations in terms of optics and technological advances. This equipment is even more versatile, more precise and easy to use. It is fully integrated (without an external computer) and benefits from the new range of QMTMesure software which offers three different user experiences. All software options are available: QMTCalqueControl for DXF control, QMTSubFace for appearance control and QMTSixSigma for improving industrial performance. The QMTProjector-300 is modular, it can also be personalized thanks to the “Fit For You” program

The QMTProjector-300 is particularly suitable for the inspection of precise parts of large sizes

In order to guarantee the highest possible level of precision, the QMTProjector-300 incorporates the most efficient optical technologies

Telecentric lens

This optical technology allows the removal of optical defects from
magnification, perspective errors and distortion. In addition, the QMTJust calibration guarantees measurement accuracy.

Ultra high resolution digital camera

Resolution of 50MPixels (7'920 x 6'004 pixels) or 9MPixels (3'318 x 2'712 pixels)

Telecentric transmitted light

Telecentric green LED lighting for optimum measurement accuracy. This lighting only makes it possible to visualize and measure the contour of the part, but with very high precision.

Incidental lighting

White 166mm diameter ring light with motorized positioning. It can be used as direct lighting or black background (grazing).

Integrated IT

The computer system is integrated with the equipment in order to have a completely integrated solution that does not require computers. The 19 "screen is integrated and tactile.

Motorization of the z axis and the position of the incident light

A powerful and precise motorization is integrated in order to automate the control as well as possible and to guarantee the highest level of precision

Watchmaking blanks

With its very high precision (1.8μm for a diameter of 50mm), the QMTProjector-300 is particularly suitable for the control of blanks (bridges, plates, ...). The QMTCalqueControl function works perfectly with large dfx and on the 50MPixel images of the QMTProjector-Cadran.

Turned parts and supplies

Turned parts for all types of applications can be controlled. The use of motorized fixtures allows the control of complex characteristics requiring the rotation of the part. The software integrates specific functions for the automatic measurement of wheels, escape wheels and anchors.

The software integrates an automatic control of the position of the turned part, the operator is thus informed if the part cannot be measured correctly.

Dials and date discs

The very high resolution of the QMTProjector-300 allows high performance control of dials and discs. The QMTCalqueControl function works perfectly with large dfx and on the 50MPixel images of the QMTProjector-Cadran.

The software for high precision dimensional measurement with assisted programming

The control program is carried out using an intuitive interface comprising program templates, standard control equations and functions that automatically detect and offer the characteristics of the part. The operator can thus select the controls and define the tolerances, the control program is thus created automatically. The possibility is also offered to add available functions or to develop a personalized function through the Fit For You program.

The software for high precision dimensional measurement without any programming

Simply select the desired measurement function, place the part in the measurement area and read the measurement results on the screen. QMTMesure-Base includes a list of basic functions , options for advanced functions but also the possibility of adding personalized functions through the Fit For You program

Personalization of a product

Qualimatest products can be customized both in terms of equipment and software. The first level of software customization is the addition of additional functions ( Complete list of functions ) or the development of a personalized function. It is also possible to personalize the equipment, for example by modifying the field of vision or by adding incident lighting.

OEM program

On the basis of Qualimatest products, it is proposed to produce a labeled product on behalf of our customers who may be private or marketed by themselves.
