High performance and versatility

High-speed, compact and ergonomic sorting machine, specially dedicated to non-contact sorting of cylindrical parts (shafts, connectors, pins, etc.). Equipped with a high-precision industrial vision system, its autonomous operation guarantees the sorting of small and large series, batch management and the guarantee of zero defects. The large number of measurements carried out allows the understanding of the manufacturing processes and ensures perfect traceability.

A control and sorting machine

qmtinspect-200 technologies

The qmtinspect-200 is a machine developed by qmt for 100% high-speed inspection and sorting of axes or long parts.

Non-contact optical measurement

The checks are carried out by a vertical optical measuring station with an optional 2nd horizontal camera. The acquisition guarantees that the part is completely in the image in order to be able to carry out all the checks

The conduct of the parts by transparent band

The parts are moved by a transparent belt with guidance to pass under the control station and then be ejected in the good parts, in the bad ones or in the uncontrolled ones

Parts feeding

The parts are fed by a vibrating bowl with a hopper to guarantee autonomy

The control program is carried out using a simple interface with standard sequences

Unloading parts

A parts unloading system with cartoning is available to guarantee operating autonomy

100% control guarantee

The driving of the parts, the ejection systems and the passage control at the entrance of the good parts guarantee that no bad or uncontrolled part enters the good bin.
