qmt has 30 years of experience in automatic quality control and more than 10 years in the construction of sorting machines.
Following the reorganization of its QMTInspect product range in 2018, qmt created the QMTInspect-Pro program to support its customers in sorting machine construction projects.
This program aims to guarantee the success of sorting machine projects, particularly in cases of special mechanical configurations, while using QMT control stations renowned for their performance.
With this program, qmt is the point of contact for customers who have a need.
The first phase will be an analysis of control needs in order to define the control stations necessary to meet the specifications. On this basis, our experts will define the appropriate mechanical concept to enable the handling of parts, the integration of control stations and the achievement of cycle time objectives.
The second phase is the selection of the supplier of the machine meeting the specifications, several options are then possible:
- qmt offers the QMTInspect-200 machine and will be the prime contractor for the complete machine delivery project
- qmt offers a machine supplier that it will have selected based on its skills. The project will then be transferred to this company which will be the project manager.
- The customer chooses his machine supplier. Overall project management will then be taken care of either by the customer or by the machine manufacturer.

The control program is carried out using an intuitive interface comprising program templates, standard control equations and functions that automatically detect and offer the characteristics of the part.
