Sales Manager Rhône Alpes (M/F)

qmt has been developing and integrating mechatronic automated testing and quality control solutions for over 30 years. A human-sized company based in Switzerland and France, qmt 's customers include world leaders in various high-tech industries, namely watchmaking, medical, automotive and rail. Our successes are the fruit of the involvement of our team in proposing innovative solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager for the Rhône Alpes region.

Assignment

By respecting the commercial strategy of the company, you will participate in the development of the activity and the turnover of the company. You will be in charge of developing the client portfolio, prospecting and presenting the products and services of the qmt range.

Responsibilities
  • Is the referent and responsible for the commercial strategy of the medical sector. He has a good knowledge of the sector, the players and the competition. He ensures the achievement of sales and margin objectives for his sector
  • Manages a portfolio of customers and prospects and is responsible for the commercial coordination of major accounts in his sector
  • Independently applies the sales process: summary of customer needs, drafting of the offer, follow-up, negotiation and conclusion. He is an actor of a business team by being the commercial contact during the realization of the solution
  • Defines the communication plan for its sector (content, calendar, customer targets)
  • Participates in communication actions and animates professional networks
  • Proposes and documents business cases (idea for new products, new target customers, new distribution channels, etc.)
  • Is responsible for analyzing the environment of his sector and evaluating the satisfaction of the main customers
Desired profile

We are talking to an engineer with knowledge of the industrial and production environment in Rhône Alpes

  • Be Agile, Reliable and in search of Excellence
  • Man or woman in the field
  • Technical and commercial course
  • Autonomous
  • 5 years minimum of experience in a similar BtoB position
  • Knowledge of metrology, industrial vision or test benches is a plus
  • Ability to proactively communicate internally and externally
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, German would be a plus
