qmt 's first strength is its team deployed on our two sites in Geneva and Chambéry. It embodies our values of reliability, agility and the pursuit of excellence on a daily basis.
Our customers' expectations are evolving with increased needs in terms of responsiveness, we must also take into account our development and our medium-term objectives. To meet this, a new organization was set up in January 2023, it is based on multidisciplinary and agile teams. They are divided into two departments in order to address developments (R&D) and deployments (Operations). Sales and Marketing are now integrated into a single department in order to be able to anticipate the future needs of our customers.
The General Services team, which ensures the smooth running of the company on a daily basis, is also an integral part of this restructuring. The management committee is fully mobilized to lead the transformations necessary to maintain qmt as an indispensable partner in the field of testing and quality control and a benchmark in terms of customer satisfaction.
