qmtmultisens offers an anechoic test environment combining different inspection methods with the possibility of handling the product. It is an acoustically insulated enclosure under controlled light. It allows the operator's hands to pass through, without degrading the sound insulation, in order to be able to handle the product while carrying out opto-acoustic analyzes. The equipment is equipped with a camera which allows the product to be viewed for recording and processing. The system also records the acoustic signals emitted by the product synchronously with the image based on a time reference. The software allows the piloting and interfacing of the equipment in the customer's environment as well as the advanced analyzes of images and sounds.
A first example of application is in the field of high-end watchmaking for the adjustment and control of striking watches.
